My great love for the wonders of languages began at a very early age in my native Saint Petersburg, Russia. A passion for different cultures inspired me to study English as a child. When English truly became my second native language, I discovered a great love for romance languages and a passion for growing in and sharing the beauty of languages. For over ten years, I have been teaching and tutoring English, Russian, French, and Italian and truly enjoy and treasure each unique experience, from being a private tutor to teaching a class. As an enrichment teacher, I had the unforgettable experience of creating and teaching the first Russian, French, and Italian language classes in elementary schools in Oxnard, and as an instructor in French and Italian, in the Ventura College Community Education Program. I always continue to grow and nourish my passion for language and with dedication and easygoing approach to learning and connecting language to our unique joys and interests, I truly look forward to helping us discover or rediscover its immense and rewarding world.
